1. Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping within the domestic USA via USPS First Class Mail on orders of $99 or more!
2. What does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE within the domestic USA via USPS First Class Mail on orders of $99 or more.

International Orders will ship to you at USPS International postage rates.

You can calculate your postage within the SHOPPING CART. If the postage calculator doesn't have your location, please contact us.

3. Where do you ship to? Can you ship internationally?

We are able to ship worldwide via USPS Mail for domestic USA orders, and via USPS International for all other orders.

We ship all of our orders from distributors in Guam or Hawai'i.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic orders usually take between 8 - 12 business days to arrive to your address from the moment you place your order on our website.

If the item is backordered it will take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Items that are backordered will be indicated as backordered BEFORE you make a purchase via a small popup message that will appear when you select a backordered product so you will be able to know what is currently in stock and what is not before you make a purchase.

International orders typically take between 15 - 20 business days to arrive.

5. Do I have to add shipping to the price?

We automatically add shipping to your total cost during the checkout process, once you select the shipping method you would prefer.

So don't worry everything is automatically done for you!

All you have to do is press the purchase button and we will take care of the rest!

6. Will I receive a tracking number once I order?

Yes! You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from our fulfillment center to its destination.

7. The item I ordered is backordered, how I do know when they will shipped?

If your item is backordered, you will be notified via e-mail once your item has shipped with a tracking number. We are committed to delivering backorders within 4 to 6 weeks. If your backorder does not arrive in that timeframe please contact customer support at

8. Can I get my order FASTER?

We'll try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we can only do what's in our control.

We hope you understand that our islands are located far away from any major land mass in the remote Western Pacific.
